Flare Bright is a rapidly scaling, ISO9001:2015 certified, company based near Oxford, UK with a growing presence in London. Flare Bright’s vision is to use its unique Machine Learning Digital Twin capability to ensure the drone market is safe and has the best performance it can. The core team have taken 30 years of experience in the challenging environment of subsea autonomy, and are applying it to the air to improve flight safety, autonomous capability and mission efficiency, with a particular focus on solving the problem of “what to do if GPS fails” for drone operations by using smarter, software-based INS. Flare Bright aims to be a distinguishing system that will be ‘fitted to fly’ on the global drone and aircraft fleet. We are achieving this through constant innovation, with the best people, in a supportive work environment, using our Machine Learning and Digital Twin ecosystem running on reliable, certified software to provide stunning, essential capabilities.
Flare Bright primarily target software engineering intern and graduate roles within the technical team. However, our team is composed of bright, flexible, individuals with strong modelling, simulation, aerospace and algorithm backgrounds, not just off-the-shelf ‘software engineers’, and we look for people with a desire to push boundaries.
